Daniel Feng

Chief Executive Officer

                    Prior to founding American Fundstars, Daniel had been working at Morgan Stanley as First Vice President, Alternative Investments Director, Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager. Within five years of employment at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Department, Daniel served hundreds of high-net-worth families from U.S. domicile and other foreign countries (mostly China) on their wealth planning work and provide advices on the clients’ investment activities.
                  

Kiki Wang

President

                    Prior to co-founding American Fundstars, Kiki had served as Marketing Director at TransAmerica Corporation. 2011 - 2017, Kiki served as Senior Investment Banker at GF Securities Co., Ltd in Guangzhou of China. Her job responsibilities covered the Initial Public Offering, Investor Relations, Insider Executives’ Asset Allocation services etc. 2008 - 2011, during her post-graduate study life, Kiki was sponsored by Beijing Education Department as the exchange scholar to study abroad at UC Davis.
                  

Leo Zhou

Managing Partner

                    Prior to co-founding American Fundstars, Leo had served as the Director of a commercial real estate debt fund ($180 million senior loan) in Southern California. Since 2009, Leo has co-founded American Lending Center (ALC), which has been granted on the Inc 5000 list for three consecutive years. Moreover, ALC has been awarded by Financial Times of London as one of the fastest growing companies in America. From 2001 to 2009, Leo worked in Wells Fargo Private Banking department in New York.
                  

Andrew Yuan

International Business Partner

                    Prior to joining American Fundstars, Andrew had long held middle and executive management positions in top high-tech listed companies in the fields of Bio-medical Electronics and Mission-critical Communications. He had served as the Manager of the Ultrasound Product in Europe of Shenzhen Mindray Bio-medical Electronics Co., Ltd, President of Mindray Animal Medical Technology North America Co., Ltd, and Vice President of Hytera Communications Co., Ltd. He has nearly 20 years of experience in international business and has long been committed to the development and cultivation of European, North American and South American markets.
                  

Iris Liu

Chief Compliance Officer

                    Prior to joining American Fundstars, Iris had been working at Morgan Stanley as Financial Advisor and International Client Associate. Within 3 years of employment at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Department, Iris served hundreds of high-net-worth families on their wealth management demands. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Iris worked as the Partner and President of Jupai Investments U.S. branch (Jupai was ranked as the Top Three Wealth Management Firm in China).
                  

Jason Zhou

Chief Technology Officer

                    2016 - 2017, Jason served as the Senior Product Manager at VIPshop (China) in Shanghai, with rich experience in operation of the firm’s E-commerce eco-system and provided accurate traffic services for the firm’s numerous suppliers.
2012 - 2016, Jason served as the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of a mobile-internet-technology firm as founded with Daniel. The firm successfully closed its Angel round of investment by Bob Xu - one of the top Angel investors in China in 2013.
